Christmas at Fraser's Hill

Apart from Genting Highlands and Cameron Highlands, there is another place in Malaysia that you could really enjoy the cooling weather. The place is called Fraser's Hill which is popular as a site for company retreats and weekends. The fresh mountain air is cool and invigorating and when dusk falls, the mist that blows in brings back memories of a simple, gentle era.

This year, my friends and I decided to go there for Christmas celebration. The 3 hours drive up to the place is slow and winding, but the scenic beauty of the surroundings undoubtedly took my mind off the meandering ascent. Before reaching the summit of Fraser's Hill, we had to pass through the gap, a section of the road that is only accessible in one direction at a time.

We stayed at Silverpark Resort which is a tropical cool mountain resort above sea-level in the mountains of Pahang. The accommodation rate is quite cheap as it costs about RM300 for a 3-Bedroom unit for a night and inclusive of breakfast. Girls Trip to Singapore

Kit Mun : "Wanna go Singapore?"
Karen : "Good idea! I will be back after my last paper on 21st December."
Me : "I want! I want! I need to go somewhere else to refresh my mind. No work. Just fun."
Amanda : "I'm okay."

It was a random plan actually and we could able to make it! I hereby to thank my friends who brought me lots of HAPPINESS and SWEET memories. I spotted quite a few handsome guys in public area but sorry to say that I could hardly find a real pretty girl in Singapore. The extreme good-looking guy that I saw on train was really awesome and he looks even better than Brad Pitt! (oops, Brad Pitt is not my type)

The Marina Bay
Marina Bay Sands is a magnificent destination for entertainment, business and shopping, delivering once-in-a-lifetime experiences.  At the heart of it all will be three 55-storey hotel towers offering over 2,500 luxurious rooms. Luxury fashion fans will have more about. With a wide array of high-end boutiques alongside niche designer labels at The Shoppers at Marina Bay Sands, featuring top international brands such as LV located in a floating crystal pavilion, shoppers will surely be spoilt for choice.

Clarke Quay
Clarke Quay, Singapore's choice dining and entertainment destination, is a colourful kaleidoscope of buildings housing antiques, restaurants, hip cafes, jazz clubs and more. At night, the entire zone is a sight to behold with all five blocks of restored warehouses lit up and beamed with an array of quirky alternative to mainstream clubs. With an international presence in term of partying options, this is a convergence point for people around the world to celebrate.
