Plan B Restaurant @ Bangsar Village I

There is a well known restaurant called Plan B located in Bangsar Village 1. I've heard some good comments from friends who have been there, so a few of us decided to pay the place a visit. Surprisingly at 7pm there was no line outside the place was packed.

 The simple menu

 Lime Juice @ RM10

Asian-Style Golden Soft Shell Crab Spaghetti @ RM22
It was swimming in cream that made it heavy and difficult to finish.

 Spaghetti Marinara @ RM19

 Spicy Crabmeat Spaghetti @ RM22
The flavor of the spicy prawn oil is very pleasant.

 Wild Mushroom Linguine @ RM19
Scented with thyme truffle oil & lemon with lots of wild mushrooms!

Moroccan Lamb Meatballs with Spaghetti @ RM19
In smokey eggplant and tomato sauce!
Chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream

 Rocky Rocks @ RM5

 Chocolate Truffle

The girls (from the left) - Soo Teng, Me, May

The guys (from the left) - Chin, Xavier, Davin & Jared

I love the food, the concept and the ambiance that Plan B creates. However, I hope the management can do something to improve the quality of the restaurant services. Services was painfully slow, and we had to continuously ask for water, cutlery and menu.

New look for the Ringgit from mid 2012; RM20 note to come back!

KUALA LUMPUR: The Ringgit will be sporting a new and exciting look, with the RM20 note making a comeback.

The new banknotes, except for the RM50 note which has been in circulation since 2007, will be in the market beginning mid next year.

The fourth series of the RM50 note was issued in commemoration with Malaysia's 50th Merdeka Day celebration.

The complete new Malaysian currency series - which also include the RM1, RM5, RM10, RM20 and RM100 banknotes - was launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on Wednesday.

Samsung Galaxy W (Wonder)

I bought myself a new Android phone for  this year's Christmas, making my Christmas very wonderful!  It's really wonderful, you know why? It's because of the phone itself called 'Galaxy Wonder' - new launched in the market.

 My first Android phone

For the longest time, Samsung didn't have an Android phone that's not too big nor too small for an average ladies' hand. That's very surprising considering that Samsung has released oodles of Android phone of all shapes and sizes.. but not the 3.7" screen size with at least 1GHz processor type of phones. This Galaxy W has a 3.7" screen size with the same resolution as that of the Galaxy S but with a more powerful 1.4GHz processor. It also comes with a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and 4GB internal storage.

For me, Galaxy Ace is underpowered and undersized; the Galaxy S so last year and too big; and the Galaxy S2 too pricey for a phone. Thus, i think this Galaxy W could be a nice compromise. The screen is not too big to attract attention but not too small for surfing either. The processor is powerful enough to run most if not all, current apps today smoothly.

 I Love this Galaxy Wonder!

The Street Cafe, Subang Jaya

It's another Friday night. Here I came to The Street Cafe, treated myself with delicious dessert. I love spending time with my best ex-roommate and university friend.

So called 'Korean Ice Kacan'. This portion can be shared by 3-4 people.

It looks like Sushi roll, right? But this Korean style steamed rice roll tastes really good.

My ex-roommate Polly *^.^*

Thanks Alvin, the cameraman =p
