The Hill Restaurant & Bar has become one of the most happening chill out places in KL. The Hill is a 3-level beacon to drinking, dining and partying for the sophisticated wild ones. For your information,everyone who parked along the traffic cones, from the main road and housing area, leading up to The Hill, had to pay RM10 for parking fee. The first time I came here, it already give me an impression that this will be a very nice place to hang out with a bunch of good friends. Splitting it into few layers of different excitement.
