We are supposed to get our nutrients from food every single day. Basic needs like calcium, iron, Vitamin C, magnesium, and protein, just to name a few, should come from the foods we eat and should provide us with more than enough nutrients to remain healthy and active. Unfortunately, in today's busy world, we often do not eat the way we should all the time, and that's where daily vitamin supplements come in.
Nowadays, I seldom eat fruit and vegetables as I don't have 'extra time' to wash, pare and slice the fruit. But it doesn't mean that I don't care about my health. So, I find a good way by taking daily supplements which could help to ensure of getting the proper nutrition I need each and every day.

It helps to maintain body's immune system

It makes the blood vessels penetrated and increase the shipment of oxygen-rich blood into the eyes
Greenfield Organic @ RM188
It provides a natural blend of fibers and is an excellent body cleanser
Besides that, I do drink a glass of warm milk (Anlene) before bedtime to induce sleep. I really need to have a good sleep after working so hard in the day.
No matter how, I will still need to do exercise regularly. *wink*
