10.30 am - 11.00 am  Morning tea Time

11.00 am - 12.30 pm  Working

12.30 pm - 01.30 pm  Lunch Time (Mixed Rice + Green bean soup)

01.30 pm - 04.00 pm  Working 

04.00 pm - 04.30 pm  Hi-Tea Time

04.30 pm - 06.00 pm  Working

06.30 pm - 08.00 pm  Dinner Time, Watch TV, Take a hot shower

08.00 pm - 09.00 pm  Self-learning lesson (Reading), Drink Greenfield Organic Juice (Melilea)

09.00 pm - 11.00 pm  Online 

11.00 pm - 11.30 pm  Drink Hot Milk (Anlene) 

11.30 pm - 07.30 am  Go to bed
